We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send it back.

That's right, we will pay for it to be shipped back to us.

 

Shipping

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped on a first-come-first-serve basis. Most of our items are made-to-order and may take up to 1-2 weeks to complete and ship. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your item is en route.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, you first need to send us an email to info@pellosh.com. We will be in contact with you as quickly as possible and supply you with a shipping label. No return will be accepted without prior email confirmation.

All items must be in the same condition that you received them. Any item not in its original condition or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. All items will be inspected upon arrival to make sure it is in their original condition. If your return is accepted a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we would love to know why. When you contact us, please provide us feedback describing the reason behind your request for a return.

 

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong color so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, digital products, or gift cards. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. (This does not include holidays or weekends) Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
